I'll let you know when I know

My best round was last month at my 5th month of playing, I scored an 88. That was my goal. I had another goal for my 6th month mark but my life had slowed down my playing a bit.... temporarily.

5... Then I woke up

Lee, Arnold, Jack & Chi-Chi.... maybe we can omit one & add me somewhere in there.

My Sexy Six, Sand Wedge, my Rescue, & I have fun with my 3 wood as well. Not quite in that order. I am glad it didn't say to pick just one club, I'd be out of luck.

... You out on the course.

My #1 favorite has to be Mount Juliet, Conrad, in Thomastown, Ireland. Just outside of Kilkenny. Legends in Kingsland, Texas & Slick Rock in Horseshoe Bay.

Harvey Penick's Little Red Book

Jazz, Classical, REAL country... Let's just say whatever compliments the mood.

What do you want to know? Well, I guess I can start by saying that I am new to the game, but I learned to love it at the tender age of 14. I have had friends try to talk me into playing for the past six years but I was to busy playing Womens Pro Football & Kung Fu full time. I have been out due to injuries for the past two years & decided to slow it down a notch & try my luck with Golf. That was the best thing that I ever could have done for myself. I have always had friends who play but the new people I have been meeting are wonderful. The truth is that I just play Golf & scratch working. I started almost 3 months ago & I was hitting balls for 4-5 hours a day. Let's just say my hands where tore up. I was hurting for a month when I decided that there was something wrong. I swung a couple vertebrae out of whack in my back & caused a rib to tear loose when I kept swinging. It took me a couple weeks to recover but once they got me together I learned I had a stress fracture as well. I guess being out of shape for two years can pay it's toll. I was stroking in the 90's after a month & a half of playing. I try not to practice as much everyday (I did for 4 hours the other day...Hehee) & I developed a great routine. I have been blessed with a great friend & a great Golfer who has selflessly dedicated several hours of several days to work with me & on occasion have others look at me. I have been blessed. Other than that I enjoy Aviation, Good food, Travel (Hopefully somewhere with a Golf course), & fine wine. All that talk of Golf... I got to go hit some balls... see ya -Save Earth. It's the only planet with Chocolate- About Womens Football? Football was great for me. I truly enjoy being part of a team. Though I was one of the smallest in the league, I was also one of the meanest. I played on both offense & defense. I was a wide receiver, Corner Back (DB), Kick Return, & on the kickoff team. Let's just say they kept me busy. I spent most of my focus as the starting receiver, but my last year I played more DB (I missed the first two games due to a broken ankle & had to take it easy). I can say one thing, every year it got more & more competitive.... more serious athletes, this I can appreciate. I was a very serious & dedicated athlete. My team was always good but they didn't know how to represent themselves politically & otherwise. This I couldn't deal with. I ended up getting out the hard way. I was invited to come back & train with my fight team (Kung Fu) who were getting ready to fight in Taiwan. This would be my first Pay-Per-View fight. So, I accepted & spent the last couple months of my football season cross training (that was every day training for several hours...not fun). The fun part came three days after the our last football game I had my Collar bone broken while sparring. I was caught wrong & thrown full power to the ground with a 180lb man down with me. I landed on both, my neck & top of my shoulder, so luckily I am hard headed...Hehee. Let's just say that put me out of commission for the year. No Taiwan. -Also, we are trained to drop teammates & not to throw them straight down. We were trained to only do that in streets fight. I learned that this teammate who we've helped through some tough times, was back using some pretty hard drugs & was high at the time. He's gone now- The next season, I jump back into playing ball & forget that I have been out for the season doing nothing. I didn't have the muscles that I was use to having supporting my joints & bones and therefore I tweaked my knee. I haven't done anything athletic for two years now. I would love to play football again & I continually entertain the idea. Realistically, I know better. I guess it's not worth it.... or is it? Riding bulls was worth it & thankfully I lived to tell about that as well. Though, I do have a few reminders. Now it's to the Golf course. I want to say I enjoy it as much as I did playing football, but with football I was able to show off. I can throw a football better than many men, but the golf course won't let me forget that I am human. Give me a month or two more on the course... I'll show you, hehee. Believe it or not, I am a very mellow laid back individual when you take me away from the competition. Now it's just good wine, good times, & a Birdie here & there in between.

Motivated people with positive attitudes, all of the time. Intelligent & sharp dressed men are... NICE. I also like a Home-Body more than the rowdy, have-to-go-out all the time type (unless it's to play Golf or something of the sort).

#1 turn off is a man who talks too much, No...wait, it would have to be bad manners. Other turn offs would include people who do Not talk out loud when they speak to you or who do not finish their thoughts/sentences. Bad posture, knuckle crackers.... in other words, poor etiquette. I am not perfect (though I'm pretty close), but I like others to at least try. I also don't appreciate a braggart or someone who needs to be the life of the party. You either are or you are not.
