Well, summer is coming to an end and my game is improving.Ain’t that just the way? Why oh why can’t I live where it’s 95 degrees and sunny year round?
I’ve totally fallen in love this summer….with my driver. I can’t tell you how much I enjoy hitting it!It has definitely become the best club in my bag.Unfortunately, I have learned the truth to the saying, “Drive for show, putt for dough.” Can I just tell you that my putting sucks? I am no stranger to the notoriously heartbreaking 3-jack.I have even met on occasion the elusive 4-Jack. (Not one of my favorite characters).
My goal this winter is to really work on my short game and become a better putter.Any suggestions or putting drills you might have would be much appreciated.I will post a request in the in the Great Practice Drills Group so maybe with your help, next summer I will have two loves…my driver and my putter!
