I have read a lot of books about Mr. Bolt, His reputation suggested, in addition to being a very capable golfer, that he had a temper problem. From everything I have read, his temper problem, along with throwing clubs, was just not that big of deal. In fact, many of his peers, when speaking about him, said he threw fewer clubs than alot of other golfers during his playing era. Some even said that Bobby Jones probably threw more clubs than Tommy Bolt. Too bad he is gone. Golfers from his playing days are special, and worth reading about. FHs
