The objective of 19thHole.com is to cater to Golfers. As a golfer, there’s not a better place to finish a round than the 19thHole.Members can brag about their great shots, and get help for the not-so-great.They can tell a joke or two, catch up with old friends and connect with other golfers from around the world who share the same passion for this crazy sport that we love so much.

If you are not a golfer and don’t know a USGA handicap from a 3 Iron or have first hand knowledge that on the links the two can at times be one and the same, you probably do not belong here. Our goal is never to exclude a golfer or make a new golfer feel unwelcome. However if your only purpose of becoming a member of 19thHole.com is to misrepresent or gain access to a very special and very niche community, consider yourself unwelcome here.

I would like to feature just a few of the 19thHole.com terms and conditions that could most easily be violated by potential spammers as well as sincere members accidentally.

1.  you will not use the Service to infringe the privacy rights, property rights, or any other rights of any person; e. you will not post or otherwise distribute messages, pictures or recordings or use the Service in any way which

i. violates, plagiarizes or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any copyright or trade-mark law, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights, including other intellectual property rights; or

ii. is fraudulent, misleading or otherwise unlawful or violates any law;

2.  you will not use the Service to distribute, promote or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation for funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services;

3,  you will not use the Service to distribute or up load any virus, trojan horses or do anything else that might cause harm to the Service, 19thHole.com systems or to other members' systems in any way; and

4.  you will not post or transmit in any manner any contact information including, but not limited to, email addresses, "instant messenger" nicknames, telephone numbers, postal addresses, URLs, or full names through your publicly posted information.

Should you be reported by any 19thHole.com member for any inappropriate, suspicious or violation of the 19thHole.com Terms & Conditions in which you agreed to prior to joining the site, you will receive a warning.  We understand there are often two sides to every story and feel that a warning first is fair and just to both sides.  After the second notice of violation, we will contact you via email that your account has been indefinitely suspended.
