I have been golfing for about a year and am addicted to the game. I currently carry a 21.6 handicap and am looking at potentially adding another hybrid to my bag.  My irons are Callaway X18 graphites (4-PW). The only hybrid that I have currently (which I love) is a Taylormade Rescue R7 19 degree.

What degree hybrid(s) should I look at adding to my bag if any?

I don't use any hybrids but I have friends who love them. I have a friend who was looking for a particular loft..she was having trouble getting out of rough with some distance. The folks at Callaway had just sent me a 4 hybrid (EWGA presidents get all this good stuff) so I gave it to her for running our Chapter Championsip. She says it's the perfect club!

I have 3,5,7,9 fairway woods which I just love. The 9 is 30 degrees! My irons are 6-pw and a 60 cleveland wedge rounds those out. I really would like a 15 dg 3 wood...and a 5 iron. As I get better with my irons if find myself with a bit of a gap between the 9w and the 6 iron. They are the same loft but play so differently.

I would say...sort out what distance you are most often confused about which club to use and find something for that spot. I know I stand there with 140 yards to go and depending on the lie...I am stuck.

Hybrids seem to be the way of things right now.  Worth a shot at least.  I am going to carry one in my bag and take out the 3-wood. Probably an Adams AS03 #2 or #3.  I remember back in the 90's Taylor Made had something similar, the Raylor.
