I have 18 golf websites and have produced some golf fitness dvds, a manual and have the first online golf fitness membership site for golf improvement, started over 7 years ago.
Don't forget the Live Golf Chat, this Sunday night at 9:00 pm CDT.
Discuss golf. Discuss your weekend. Discuss the woes of going back to work the next morning...whatever you like.
The floor is open and you have a microphone (well, actually a keyboard) to let the world know what you think.
Just click Live Chat at the very top of any page.
I hope to see you there.
I've got a unique issue that you may be able to help me with. During the 1st Gulf War I took some damage to my lower spine that has really messed with my swing. The spinal cord was left intact but I have very limited movement for my backswing. My follow thru works pretty go but I just cant rotate much to the right. This, in turn, seems to really enhance an out to in swing path. I've visited many instructors but none have gotten much going. What can I do to get more mobility on my right side to help my backswing come back to the inside?
