I tend to have a better game with decent stretching before I tee off. Any good stretches out on the course? I tend to play a 3rd pretty well, a 3rd really well, and the last part...kinda stiff and sore.
I am enjoying implementing some of the fitness routines from your e-book. I will let you know as I work harder, how much better I play.

Stretching
Yes I do stretch, My routine is get to the course 2-3 hours before I am going to play, stretch practice my short game, stretch again... Hit golf balls, keep stretching... I even stretch when a group slows me down just to keep momentum going....
