When we are looking to improve our golf game, we turn to new clubs, more practice, golf lessons or even the advice of our playing partners. While all those help improve our games (maybe not the advice of our playing partners), we tend to forget the importance of taking care of our bodies, particularly as we get older.
When I was first introduced to MonaVie, a nutrient dense, all fruit juice, several months ago I thought the person recommending the product to me was a “snake oil salesman” because of all the benefits this product supposedly provided. When I play golf I’m not nearly as tired or sore at the end of a round.
