I need a new sand wedge, and a 3 wood.

I'd like to get steel shafted irons, but a new set is way out of my price range right now.

Also, I'd really like a nice catamaran style sailboat, if anyone is feeling generous.

I shot -1 at a crappy 9 hole course with my father once. He was astounded.

My best full round was a 74(+2) at the 71.6 rated municipal University of Illinois course, although, I don't think it lived up to that rating ever since the college team abandoned them for another, better-designed and better-kept course.

My father, my aunt Marilyn, and... my as yet unborn son? I don't know. I'll have to think about that one.

The short irons, no question. Always on target. Okay... more often than anything else, at least.

Compared to most players at my handicap, though, my driver is king. I average around 285, and generally don't spray it. But I pitch and chip like crap. Problem is, I'm always 30 to 80 yards out.

I'm just a guy living in the Bay Area (peninsula) looking for some people to golf with who are decent players and decent human beings. Decent play is optional.

My current handicap is around 9.

I also play tennis, but I've had a baby just recently and alot of things are put on hold for now.
