I'm in Fort Lauderdale Florida....just north of Miami and just south of Boca Raton. Some call it "south florida" and some here call it Broward county...or south Broward. Closest cities are Pompano Beach, Davie, and Hallandale. Lotsa golf! I'm also a mile from the beach although I don't get there often enough. I have played golf in Iowa. I'm looking forward to my first week-long golf vacation....just haven't chosen it yet. Maybe the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail in Alabama. It looks AMAZING. rtjtrail.com

McAllen TX...you can't go any farther south.  If you go more south you will be in Reynosa Mexico.  If you love Mexican Food then you'll love McAllen.  If you come for a visit bring your sun block!

I am in Atlanta, Ga. Right now the drought capital of the south. But if you come down to visit Atlanta we do have some of the best golf courses in the South.

hi y'all...

ya know...up here in michigan, we have some great courses too.  one in particular,..cadillac country club, cadillac, michigan.   nice 'duffer friendly' course.  and see'n how i been working there since '94, ..if you wanna play, i can get you on as a freebie guest.   only draw back is, I hafta play with you.

its nice up here,...just sometimes, you hafta let the deer and foxes and bears play through.  our eagles keep an eye on players.

only draw back up here is, short golf season.  thats why the sports god invented football.

hey swick and whereigolf!

I'll be in Michigan, southwestern part, July 13th. Would like to play that week. We'll see.

My husband is working in Roswell GA. Probably will get a round in there sometime this summer. The PGA Superstore there is just wonderful. For a gal who doesn't like to shop, I sure like it in there!!

Ok folks, I will have to start off the European side of things!

Originally born and raised in NW Ohio.  Swick just to correct you, God would have created football first, however He had to wait for "THE Ohio State Buckeyes"

Now, I reside in Amberg, Germany.  Here, we have no droughts so our courses are always green.

Suggestion for all of you.....come to Europe, see the sites you dream about, the foods you wish to taste and get back to nature by walking a course.

(Just for Swick......"GO BUCKEYES!" )
