| Place each thumb on or near each terminal | Pull slowly, but firmly to separate the terminals to the point that it will allow you to slip the bracelet over the smallest part of your right wrist | Slip the bracelet on your right wrist with the terminals facing up. Once the bracelet is on, squeeze the bracelet back together until terminals are 1/2 to 1 1/2 inches apart. You may need someone to assist you when squeezing the two terminals together. | You may also wear the bracelet on the left wrist with the terminals facing down. |

| Simply slip the Q-Ray® bracelet onto your RIGHT wrist with the terminals facing UP. ENJOY! | If necessary, remove the Q-Ray® bracelet to adjust it so the terminals are 1/2" to 1 1/2" apart. Do not let the terminals directly touch each other. | You may also wear the bracelet on the LEFT wrist with the terminals facing DOWN. |

If your Q-Ray Ionized Bracelet® seems just a little too large you can adjust it by holding it in two hands and then slowly turn the right hand away from the body and the left hand slowly turn towards the body. ("S" curve) (See Photo). The terminal ends can overlap, side by side, at a distance of 1/2 to 1 1/2 inches and still function properly - as long as the terminal ends do not touch. |
