Nice pictures of your golf swing.  Do you slice or the fight having the ball go right?  If so, let me know because looking at your swing that would be my guess and I could suggest a few things that could help your swing.  Sorry to hear about all your injuries!  Yikes.  Hang in there and let me know if I can help.-Will
