19thHole.com Video Awards - Official Rules

- HOW TO ENTER
- To participate in the contest, log on to 19thHole.com. Click on the videos tab and submit a video for approval. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of registration. 19th Hole Productions is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.
- Entries not meeting the 19thHole.com Terms of Use will be automatically disqualified and deleted.
- Official dates contests will take place, prizes associated with each contest, and, if applicable, the date a grand prize will be awarded are listed on each individual contest page. Please refer to the individual contest page for specific details.
- ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
- The contest is open to all 19thHole.com registered Members. Employees of 19th Hole Productions, its licensee, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners and the members of their immediate families (and/or households) are not eligible to participate or win.
- Contestants are required to provide truthful information and 19th Hole Productions will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent.
- PRIZES
- Winners will be notified via e-mail upon completion of the contest.
- Unless otherwise notified, prizes or prize certificates will be mailed to prizewinners upon completion of the contest. 19th Hole Productions is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within 30 days of winning.
- Note: There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash due to prize unavailability or where required by law. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
- WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
- Decisions of 19th Hole Productions management with respect to the contest are final.
- The winner(s) will be notified by e-mail.
- For generic contests, odds of winning depend upon the number of complete entries received.
- For trivia contests, odds of winning depend on the number of complete entries with the correct answer.
- CONDITIONS
- Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
- By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
- Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, 19th Hole Productions in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold 19th Hole Productions, its corporate licensee, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
- 19th Hole Productions reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the 19thHole.com Web Site or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
- 19th Hole Productions reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.
- Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestants disqualification solely at the discretion of 19th Hole Productions.
- 19th Hole Productions is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
